HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE?

If you don’t have a customer account yet, you can register here.

All customers who already have an account automatically take part in the loyalty program.
HOW LONG DO I STAY IN A LEVEL?

Your level is valid for up to 12 months. If you move up to a higher level within those 12 months, that new level is also valid for another 12 months.

If, after 12 months, you haven’t collected enough points to remain in your level, you will be downgraded to the level that matches your current points balance.
WHERE CAN I SEE MY POINT BALANCE?

You can find your current points balance in your customer account under “Account.”
DO IN-STORE PURCHASES COUNT TOWARDS MY POINTS?

Yes. In-store purchases also count towards your points if you provide your customer account at checkout.
HOW LONG ARE MY CODES VALID?

Your codes are valid for 1 year after receiving them.
DOES THE PERMANENT DISCOUNT IN GOLD, PLATINUM APPLY TO ALL PRODUCTS?

Your permanent discount from Gold level onwards applies to all products except vouchers and sale items.
HOW LONG ARE MY POINTS VALID?

To calculate your level, the points collected within the last 12 months are always taken into account.
